Jane Wallace (Pruitt) Guidi

Jane Wallace Guidi, age 75, of Portland, passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2018. 

Jane was raised in Murphysboro, TN where she met the love of her life, Richard, whom she met while he was in the Air Force.  They were married September 21, 1963 and moved back to Portland to raise their family.

Jane is survived by her daughter, Jeralyn (Chris) Marshall; grandchildren: Caitlin Guidi, Matthew Guidi (Shelby Betts), Cierra (Nick) Bower, Amber Marshall (Lee Parkhouse); and great grandchildren: Kimoni, Jaida, and Jaiden Guidi, Morgan, Erik and Carter Bower, Violet and Madilyn Asbury; brothers: Gerald (Carole) Pruitt and Donald (Alla) Pruitt; and brother-in-law, Tom (Gina) Guidi.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard, Sr. “Dick”, in 2008 and her son, Richard, Jr. “Rick”, in 2017. 

She had many, many special friends that she met over the years by working at the Lake Odessa Antique Mall.  These were not only her friends, but she considered many of them family and she cherished each and every one of them and their friendships.

Upon her wishes, cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Visitation for Dick, Jane, and Rick will be Friday, October 19, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland.
