Carole Lee Abel of DeWitt, Michigan, passed away on January 12, 2026, at the age of 77. She enjoyed reading, gardening, baking, cross stitching, and was an avid dog lover. Carole was the devoted mother of Nicole (Derek) Hurst, Danielle (Mark) Collins, and Doug (Charlsie) Abel; and the proud grandmother of Madeline, Zachary, Braelynn, Lila, Ivan and Keller. At Carole’s request, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
