Charles Claude Bullard "Butch" was Born November 15, 1955, in Clare, Michigan, passed away peacefully February 5, 2025, surrounded by his family.

Charles is survived by his loving wife, Jackie Noye Bullard, children, Jack Bullard (Melissa), Bradley Bullard (Nicole), Jared Bullard (Kristi) and Adrienne Bullard, sisters, Connie Delaney (Mike), Linda Lewis and Lori Bullard Groves, uncle, Arnold (Jack) Brock, 18 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren with one on the way and several nieces and nephews.

Charles was preceded in death by his daughter, Shannon C. Bullard, father, Alvin G. Bullard, Mother, Marion (Kay) Bullard and brother, Basil D. Bullard.

When tomorrow begins without me, know that I am near.  I am in the gentle breeze that blows through the trees on a warm Summer’s day, in the drop of rain that softly touches your cheek, in the sound of birds singing the song of Spring, and in the flowers that bloom in my garden that remind you of me.
