Connie Lee (Green) Pierce

Connie Lee Pierce, of Portland, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2024 at the age of 84. She was born on May 26, 1939, the daughter of Richard and Virginia Green. Connie was quite the homemaker, she was an excellent cook and everything was made from scratch. She enjoyed the outdoors, especially gardening and tending to her flowers. Connie was a wonderful caretaker and a loving grandmother. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Preceding her in death are parents and husband of 39 years, Harold Pierce. Connie is survived by her sons, Harold Pierce, Jr. and Jeff Pierce; grandchildren, Hunter and Paityn Pierce; and siblings, Larry (Wanda) Green, Ray (Julie) Green, and Lorna Gloden.

The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated by Deacon Randy Hodge at 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 10, 2024 at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects one hour prior to the service at the funeral chapel. Rite of Committal will follow in Portland Cemetery.
