Francis “Frank” W. Rademacher, of Greenville, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2025 at the age of 83. He was born on June 28, 1941, the son of Wilfred and Loretta (Smith) Rademacher. Frank was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School – Class of 1959 and a proud veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard. Frank was a member of the Knights of Columbus both in Westphalia and Greenville where he was a Fourth Degree Knight and he held several different officer positions throughout the years. He retired from General Motors after 33 years of service where he made many lasting friendships. Frank will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Preceding Frank in death are his parents and brother, Richard Rademacher. Surviving are his beloved wife of 62 years, Cheryl (Feldpausch) Rademacher; children, Roxanne (Dave) Niner, Daniel Rademacher, Karen (Kevin) Cashen, Steven (Susan) Rademacher, and Judy Rademacher; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and one on the way; and siblings, James (Jean) Rademacher, Elaine (Jerry) Miller, Cheryl (John) Wieber, and Sandy (Tom) Stallard.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Eric Weber at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Westphalia. The family will receive friends beginning one hour prior to the service at the church. Rite of Committal will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery with a luncheon at the St. Mary’s Parish Hall to follow. Arrangements are entrusted to Lehman Funeral Homes.
