Jeffrey J. Stone

Jeffrey "Jeff" Joseph Stone, 65, passed away on March 10, 2025, in Eagle, Michigan.  

Jeff was born on August 4, 1959, in Jackson, Michigan. He had a natural curiosity and a love for learning that carried through his life. A true problem solver at heart, he enjoyed fixing things and had a knack for technology, always eager to tinker with the latest gadgets. His passion for music was ever-present, providing both joy and comfort throughout his life.  

Jeff found great happiness in the outdoors. Whether fishing or spending time at his beloved cabin, he cherished the peace and beauty of nature. He was always busy—whether working on projects or enjoying time with family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Luann Stone; his children, Lisa Harris, Gerald (Kelly) Uhl, Adrianne Stone, Shellie Stone, and Carrie (Jeremy) Granger; and his cherished grandchildren: Kayley, Kynsey, Kobe, Kamryn, Karli, Cayden, Kylie, Carson, Cannen, Parker, Gerry, Maverick, and Wyatt. He also leaves behind his mother, Ruth Craft; and siblings Valerie, Barry, and Shannon. Jeff was preceded in death by his beloved dog Sadie Mae, and step father, Vernon Craft.
