Jessie Estelle Leazier

Jessie Estelle Leazier, of Ionia, passed away on March 28, 2026 at the age of 76. Jessie enjoyed the simple things in life- crocheting, watching humming birds and ladybugs, and working in her yard. She loved the holidays, especially Christmas. Jessie was a regular at Bluewater Cafe, where she made many friends over the years. She loved her family with her entire heart and she made sure to keep everyone in line. She will be missed by all who were lucky enough to know her.

Preceding Jessie in death are her parents, Donald L. and Leone E. Davison and sisters, Donna (Dave) Freehafer and Joy (Steve) Brown. Left to cherish her memory here on Earth are her children, Cheri (John) Inman, Robert (Shannon) Leazier, Jr., and Janice (Jeff) White; the father of her children, Robert Leazier, Sr.; grandchildren, Ashley (Jonatan) Pagan, Jessica Leazier, Josh Leazier, Emma White, Shane Boorsma, and Tara Boorsma; great-grandchildren, Abagail, Kristyona, Tatiyona, Anastaisha, Ariah, and Calvin; brother, Jon Davison; and sister, Connie (Matt) Lords.

A Celebration of Jessie’s Life will take place at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, April 4, 2026 at 1133 Yeomans Street, Lot #13, Ionia, MI. Those planning to attend are invited to bring a dish to pass.
