Judith Anne (Corser) Reynolds

Judith Anne Reynolds (nee Corser), 86, of Lansing, Michigan, passed away on September 10, 2023, in Lansing. She was born on April 16, 1937, in Lansing, Michigan. Judith was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and artist.

Surviving are two daughters, Avalon (Chris) Bennett of Rock Hill, SC, and Vanessa (Jeff) Mitchner of Lyons, MI. She was also blessed with three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Judith was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Reynolds, her parents, Chauncey and Winifred Corser, and her sisters, Caroline Corser and Beverly Romanek.

Judith attended Eastern High School in Lansing, Michigan, and continued her education at Lansing Community College. She had a passion for art and pursued a successful career as an artist. Judith's artistic talents were varied, including painting, fashion sewing, jewelry making, collage, and teaching. She found joy in expressing her creativity through these mediums.

In addition to her artistic pursuits, Judith enjoyed cooking and reading. She found solace in the pages of a good book and delighted in creating delicious meals for her loved ones. Judith's warm and nurturing presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A private memorial service will be held to honor Judith's life and legacy. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Judith's name to a local arts organization or charity of your choice.
