Kevin Patrick McMillen

Kevin McMillen, 69, of Eagle, Michigan, passed away around September 21st, 2023.

Kevin was born in Lake Odessa, MI in 1954 to Garold “Pete” McMillen and Kay Rhoades. He briefly attended Lansing Community College and became a welder, holding down jobs at various manufacturing companies across mid-Michigan.

He was known for his outgoing nature and many interests. He enjoyed tinkering with cars and motorcycles, boating, flying RC helicopters, and watching Lions/UofM football. He liked painting, camping, building personal computers, riding jet skis, and more. Kevin always had wild and rambling stories to share, complemented by his goofy and exaggerated mannerisms. Kevin was preceded in death by his mother Kay, father Pete, and older brother Robin.

He is survived by his sons Kyle (Megan) and Nick, granddaughter Rowan, younger brother Kerry (Vickie), stepmother Sheila, and his many cousins, nieces, and nephews. An informal get-together will be held in the spring of 2024, most likely in the Grand Rapids or Lansing area.
