Lois M. Doxsie, of Portland, passed away October 16, 2023. She was born on October 10, 1931 in Portland, Michigan to Estin and Reva (Connor) Hyland. Lois was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother who made crafts for all. She was prolific in crafting and enjoyed reading, ceramics, crocheting and spending time loved ones. Lois was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Pamela Rood; grandson, Todd Rood; siblings, Richard Hyland, Betty Goodman, Phyllis Rectenwald and Robert Hyland. surviving are her daughters, Brenda Fout and Amy (Brian) Kenyon; 6 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; brothers, Dale Hyland and Jerry Hyland.
