Mike is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his siblings, Lynn (Paul) Gallagher, David (Karen) Edwards, Cheryl (Bruce) Patterson, Janet (Kevin) McBride, Mary (Owen) Wigfield, and Julie (Dudley) Larson.
