Nancy Jo Dilley, age 84, peacefully passed away on May 28, 2025 with her loving family near by.  She was born on May 4, 1941 and was happily married to Donald Dilley, for over 48 years and enjoyed many years of happiness.  Nancy and Don owned their own business, Pick-A-Dilley’s for almost 25 years and truly enjoyed serving the community of Portland and the surrounding areas. She always enjoyed her time at Lake Mecosta, sewing, crafting, gardening, camping, and spending time with her immediate family of over one hundred loved ones that included her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Nancy was an only child, with many cousins and extended family members and too many friends to count, that she enjoyed meeting for drinks, dinner, reunions and so much more!

Nancy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald, her parents, Louis and Frieda Carter, step-father, Harold Root, daughter Terri, and grandson, Shaun. Surviving are son-in-law, Ron; Deb (John), Lorri (friend Harry), Jackie; sons, David (Carrie), Greg (Tonya), and Bryan (Robyn); and son-in-law, Greg; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Lehman Funeral Home on Saturday, May 31, 2025 in Portland from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A celebration of life for Don and Nancy will be held in the future.  Online condolences may be made at www.lehmanfuneralhomes.com.
