Shirley A. (Callihan) Curtis

Shirley A. Curtis, of Ionia, went home to Heaven on February 20, 2021 at the age of 71.

Shirley is survived by her beloved husband, Rick Curtis; sons, Darrell (Andrea) Curtis and Scott (Amanda) Curtis; grandchildren, Nathan, Gabby, and Briley; siblings, Michael Callihan, Dennis Callihan, Susan Callihan, Peggy Barry, and Penny Miller. Preceding Shirley in death are her parents, Robert and Dorothy Callihan and brother, Larry Callihan.

Shirley was born to Robert and Dorothy Callihan on December 21, 1949 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She graduated from Thornapple Valley High School in 1968. The following year she met her sweetheart, Rickey while working at Amway. They were married on April 12, 1969 and they shared 51 wonderful years of marriage together.

The Memorial Service will be officiated by Pastor Kenneth Harger at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 26, 2021 at the Lehman Funeral Home, 220 Rich Street, Ionia. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Ionia.
