Valerie Lynn Bruce

Valerie Lynn Bruce, 7, gained her Angel wings on Friday, April 9, 2021. She was born in Saginaw, Michigan on January 25, 2014. Valerie was a ray of sunshine and she brought so much joy into the world. She was a friend to all she met and she saw the good in everyone. Valerie loved her kittens, playing videogames, and making TikToks. She attended Kindergarten this year and loved playing and learning with her classmates. Valerie was a kind-hearted soul who loved to explore – when she set her mind to something, she did it. Valerie had an extremely close bond with her sister, Trinnity, they were inseparable. Valerie’s time on Earth, though it was short, was a blessing to all who knew and loved her, she will be missed by many.

Valerie joins her family members in Heaven including: her very favorite person, uncle, Shane Richey; great-grandfather, Tom Waldorf; great-grandmother, Valerie Lynn Bruce, of whom she was named after; and great-aunts, Brittany and Stephanie Gatrell. Valerie leaves behind her loving parents, Bree Roach and Nicholas Bruce; adoring sister, Trinnity Bruce; grandparents, Marie (Wally) Sena, Matt and Holly Roach, Lynn (Joey) Waldorf, and Tom and Barb Waldorf; great-grandparents, Randy and Tina Thayer, Cindy Waldorf, Jerry Bruce, and Rick and Sherri Gatrell; aunts and uncles, Hannah Voight, Caitlynn (Noah Kramer) Garber, Keegan Roach, Kory Roach, Caden Roach, Thomas (Madison Easlick) Waldorf IV, Sarah Waldorf, Becca Chapman, and Jay (Sammie Erickson) Chapman; special cousins, Emmitt, Adriana, Lydia, Penelope, Asher, Cashus, and Brantley; and many great-aunts and uncles, including, Randy (Nikki) Thayer, Jr. and their family, Michael (Emily) Claremont and their family, and Billie Cunningham and her family; Valerie’s best friends, Stevie and Mikey; and very special family friend, Melody Favel.

Private family visitation and traditional funeral services will be held.
